Can ridge reamer be used w/o honing cylinders? Just wondering, I'm not going to be doing this or anything, but could a ridge reamer be used to clean up the upper end of the bores and leave a finish that would be OK to run without honing the cylinder? I would think it would ruin whatever crosshatch was left. Thanks, later!
