NEED forged SB,but cant find a good deal
i just search all 5 pages of the sponsors and cant find a good deal on a forged SB....after looking in the sponsor sale/GP section and seeing companies such as AP engineering offering forged SB's for $2000 plus shipping with no core i cant see spending $3000 plus cores and shipped, the best i found was $2800 plus $1k in cores plus shipping!i been waiting to hear from SDPC but i doubt theyll help me that much.im looking to spend $2000-$2500ish with no cores plus shipping.i know that sounds low but ive seen more than 1 or 2 companies list something like this in the Sponsor section.ive got no problem with using a stock crank either so that should keep costs low.anyone got any input as to where i can find 1 or do i have to wait for another GP in the sponsor section?

sometimes the cheapest price isnt the best deal . my vote would be go with the sponsor closest to you and work with them to build you a motor in your budget range and the intended application.
and i dont even know why your bringing APE up, you do know that they went under and fucked a bunch of people.

Check with Tom at Speed inc and let him know what some one else offered and what is included. He will at the least match it or beat it. He is really friendly and helpful. Send him an e-mail and he will respond shortly there after. No waiting for hours or days for a reply. Give him a shot it can't hurt. I got a hell of a deal on my shortblock with no cores!

Lingenfelter is $2095 + 800 core or exchange
LME gave me a great deal (but I'm not disclosing it because of confidentiality) and their parts were equal to none offered for that price. Speak to BRYAN>>>LME
HPE knows their stuff too Eric>>>HPE

i couldnt get ahold of LME on their website cause the form they have you fill out isnt on their site.
HPE needs a stock block and crank so thats $1k in cores which kills that
