you know the little guides that stick out of the block and then into the heads to help keep 'em lined up? I need the part #, cuz I somehow lost one and now need to order one before my new heads get here. TIA guys!

Thanks dude, I actually realized I was searching with the wrong description a couple minutes after I posted this and then entered a search on scoggin dickey for head dowel pins instead of head guides and found the number I needed which is the one above, cuz they are the same as the ones for a BB Chevy.

If you buy the head gasket set from Scoggins Dickey the dowel are included along with the little "O" ring gaskets for the steam vent tubes. I lost one of the little "O" ring gaskets and GM wanted $20 for just one of them and they look like they're worth less than 20 cents. I told the GM parts dealer to keep it and was glad to find out the gastket set from Scoggins Dickey included them along with a set of exhaust manifold gaskets. Nice surprise.
