Default loss of power, et, and speed

before i put headers, y-pipe and had the car tuned the car which is an a4 went 12.8 @ 112 3000ft elevation with my baby cam 212/218 .522 .529 @.050 my ls6 heads, slp lid, bbk throttle body, nitto drag radials , and 3.73 gears. after the headers, ypipe, and tuning the fastest the car has gone now is only 13.1 @109 @ 3000ft elevation. what could be the problem???

i did a 1.9 60' through the stock converter. the car layed down 390 hp and 351tq at the wheels

maybe you have all that power but it's not kicking in early enough.
I think that if you were to change the converter you will see all the benifits of you power much sooner.

I agree with the converter. also what about weather? 3 tenths couls be lost between "good" weather and "bad" weather
