pistons not 3.898 that can be used with stock rods?

pistons not 3.898 that can be used with stock rods? the only ones i see for stock rods are all stock bore.. i want to slightly hone it out when i do it... no big deal or anything i guess... but i guess i was looking for like the 3.903 or whatever for use with stock rods...
