Milled 5.3s. What are my options? My 5.3 heads are milled 30 thousandths and I would like to upgrade my cam. How big of a cam can I go? I would like something like an fm 13. I'm tired of my 224.

you will probably have to flycut the pistons with the F13 or similar cam.the 5.3s have a lower valve drop than 5.7 heads(about .030).no matter what cam you go with,check your piston to valve clearence.
