Default Cam Grind

Hello Everyone,
I have a question about how to read the cam specs, I know about how duration and lift works but I dont exaclty know how to read it. For example a 225/225 .589/.589 112. Does that mean it has a duration of 225 degrees of the rotation of the crankshaft and .589 inches of rotation at the cam?

225* of rotation of the crankshaft where the cam has lift of .050" or higher is the 225 number...

The .589 is the total lift at the valve. With a 1.7:1 rocker you divide the total lift by the rocker ratio to get the lift at the lobe... so .346" lift at the lobe.

The LSA which is the 112, is measured in cam degrees where every other spec on a camshaft is in crank degrees.
