What you need is O2 sims or have them deleted via tune.

Won't matter, without cats you'll still get the same SES light.

Click the alphabetical sponsors list in the upper right hand corner and enter your zip code. If a sponsor's shop is close to you, you can probably get them deleted with a basic tune relativley cheap. ($150 or less). You could also post in your regional forum and ask for somebody with software that can delete it for you. Or you can order O2 sims, they are around $90/pair. I don't like them, they seem to go out a little too often. I had two different ones fail on me in just over a year.
