I have a Comp 220/224 .563 114+4 for sale. It's in the car now and it runs much better than stock. Has a very light burble to it at idle. I feel it's a much better choice than the two you listed. I plan on going much bigger so this cam will be for sale VERY soon. If interested post or pm me. I might throw in some comp 918 springs too! -Joshua.

You might want to consider something a little larger such as tr 224/224 on a 112

I would look for something in the .590 lift with somewhere around 230+ duration ground on a 114 LSA. Before I got the 408 I had a cam that was 236/236, .595, 112 LSA. This idled a choppy AND was a GREAT dailly driver. It idled around 850 or so and sounded really mean. I especially love the power the larger cams make and the aggessive sound.

A good friend of mine told me he wanted a cam that would make good HP for his Z06 that would idle well for his daily driver. He said he did not want a cam as choppy as my 236/236. He asked me to pick a cam for him-- so I chose a 232/236 with a .585/.600 lift on a 114 LSA (Futral's F9-114) and with the Z06 heads made about 430 RWHP (headers with stock Z06 cat-back - F bodies typically make more power than the Vettes).

With a 6 speed I think you are going to find it really difficult to go too large for a daily driver. The cams are definitely the most fun for the money. Have fun and enjoy your ride.
