Burning Anti-freeze whats the cause
i got a 2000 Camaro LS1 and it will drive and run but after about 10-20mins of it runnign it will start putting white smoke out(anit-freeze) what could be the causes and ways to check the exact problem?

Drain the oil. If it's milky looking then your head gasket is hurt and is letting oil and water mix. Hopefully that would be the only problem. But accept the fact that there is a problem and at the very least it means changing head gaskets. Plan on turning some wrenches.

I thought the 2 ways I mentioned were fairly simple The only problem with just checking the oil for coolant contamination is coolant can be getting burned off in a cylinder(thus the white smoke) but it may not be getting in the oil. But if coolant is getting into a cylinder then combustion WILL be also present in the coolant,thats why its always best to check for carbon monoxide in the cooling system
