Max CR for Stock Bottom End?

Max CR for Stock Bottom End? I'm looking at the Patriot LS6 heads to swap for my stock LS1 heads when I put the new cam in (still undecided, but leaning towards F13). If I leave the bottom end untouched, what is the max CR that I should have the combustion chamber sized for? I presume that's the limiting factor, right?
