Arrow COMP CAM help

My question would be that I'm wanting to buy a Comp Cam P/N 54-416-11 , and was wondering if this would be a good choice for a stock motor, My car is a 2000 with A4 and stock everything. I'll be peiceing all the parts one at a time, and was wondering what stall for the converter and other things to bring everything to pair. I will be buying some LT headers Hedman Headers P/N HED-18813 and going tru-dual 2.5" I know I'll need a tune to get everything working together but was wondering if anyone in the Dallas Area has a shop that they recommend. Thanks in advance!

Why would you not recommend a low lift cam to the high lift cam? Would it be a difference of only a few more ponys at a upper RPM? Thanks for you input, plays a large role in my decision making.

Alright great thanks! One last question, say if I had already purchased the 54-416-11 a while back, would adding some high ratio rockers along with new valve springs (any recommendations on both?) equal out to the 54-426-11? Again I REALLY thank you for your advice. Thanks!
