P to V? X1 vs. R1
Im running the X1(230/227, .592/.571, 112+4) and want to change to R1(232/236, .575/.578, 114+4). I figure with the differance in lift and LSA they should be real close, also the fact the heads use a stock exhaust valve wont kill the clearance on the exhaust. My heads are TEA 1.5s milled .005 with 2.02/1.55s and I used the GM graphite style gaskets. Thanks in advance for any and all replies.

The VE's on the R1 were made to match mild stroker setups. Although that cam puts decent numbers on stock cubes, MTI doesn't really recommend it as so.
I think you're better off with the X1 or choose another cam like Y1 or FM11
