I was just wondering this. I want to assume that I would have to drill a slightly larger hole, I'm not sure how much bigger though.
Or would a good tune take care of all this for me and no need to worry about drillin?

Just get a tune. It should'nt be necessary to enlarge the hole. When I had my throttle body ported to match my heads and cam, my tuner drilled a bigger hole, but the idle was worse. He had to fill the hole and bring it back to it's original size.

not trying to hijack your thread but i did drill mine a long time ago..i am going back stock..what could i use to fill the hole in and redrill it to factory size? by the way i have had my car tuned With the hole drilled..it works but i wouldnt have drilled it out in the first place if i would have just spend the money and had it tuned the first time.
