Default If I tune for a cam, will I need to drill a hole in TB?

I was just wondering this. I want to assume that I would have to drill a slightly larger hole, I'm not sure how much bigger though.

Or would a good tune take care of all this for me and no need to worry about drillin?

Just get a tune. It should'nt be necessary to enlarge the hole. When I had my throttle body ported to match my heads and cam, my tuner drilled a bigger hole, but the idle was worse. He had to fill the hole and bring it back to it's original size.

Don't drill. Just get a good tune.
