How much RWHP to expect from this H/C combo with full bolt ons like filter , headers ..., in a 99 M6 camaro .

425 through the exhaust and better through a cutout.

I remember in CHP magazine Dec 04 issue there was a test with the same heads and cam with LS6 intake and 1.7 rockers , the engine itself made 502 HP and 459 lb-ft and they got 522 HP and 466 lb-ft with Fast LSX intake manifold and 78mm throttle body , looking at these numbers I think the RWHP should be more !

502FWHP will equal approx 425RWHP in an M6 using the standard 15% drive train loss factor

410-420 rwhp seems to be what that combo is bringing these days.

Can we consider that this combo is as good as AFR 205 + 224/228 LSA 114 cam ?
I think the numbers are close if i am not wrong .

that is not an apples to apples comparision.
the AFR's are a completely aftermarket design cylinder head, where while unique in some ways the Patriot LS6 style heads are a GM casting that has been highly modified by the guys at Patriot. Lots of differences between the two heads and they both have a pros and cons(so to speak).
The AFR's in an equal setup will usually put down more power than the Patriots on the low end due to smaller port volumes, but for some guys the AFR's are too expensive(the pros and cons I mentioned).
Don't get too caught up in dyno numbers, dynos are a tool for tuning and to compare gains or losses when modifing a car.
The two combos you mention would probably be close on the same dyno.
If you want give Brad at call at 866-571-3347 and discuss this with him.

Not even close. The AFRs have much greater airspeed than the Patriot heads and outflow them at all lifts...especially at low and mid lifts (which affect total rwhp more than most people realize). The 224/228 114 (+1) cam has pretty much ideal valve events for a 346 with AFR 205 heads. The 226/226 112LSA cam might be good, but it depends heavily on the intake centerline. Since the exhaust flow on the PP heads is mediocre, I would think a cam with more exhaust duration would help make more balanced power. Again, it's all about the combination of parts.

The AFRs with the AFR cam is a proven combination. Most cars running it make 440-480 rwhp. Most PP cars seem to be down about 20 rwhp in comparison (based on countless dynos from board members).

I think Partriot is the affordable H/C combo with a decent power gain , but if money is not the issue then AFR would be the choice .
