Not bad. I think your exhaust setup is holding you back 10-15rwhp minimum.

Possible, but with cut out open on previous set up I only gained 2 rwhp.
As for the MACs, I think a nice set of QTP's with HVC's will give me that extra 10rwhp, but $1250 + for that is not worth it IMO. (At least to me it isn't)

At the track, I'm in a street division (S/O), 11.499 max. I'm already way faster than that on nitrous, I added the heads to be able to run N/A, less guesswork and more consistancy. (N2O is there if I need it).

Plus, I'm going to loose a bit more I think, because I'm adding cats (Carsound)and a Magnaflow muffler (custom tubing), because I want to bring it back on the street. (The Vette is nice, but no power match, I kinda miss my street challenges)
My original plans was to go (S/S) division, Super Street and be track only, but it will have to wait till next year.

Do you have any dynos in your area? The latest set I heard from picked up 41rwhp. I'm wondering how accurate a Gtech is!?!?!?

Yeah, there is a couple, but I have to wait for cooler weather, it is still over 110*F here.
From last years experience, the G-Tech pro was ~1% on the low side vs dyno reading on same day (within 40 miles of the live test, 2 hours apart)
So it is pretty accurate.
I had dynoed 404 and registered 399 on the G-tech pro

What weight did you put into the G-tech pro? I have one of these, I put in 3700lbs, its a 2000 Trans-Am with t-tops, no weight reductions, tools in the boot, full tank of gas. Also what degree pitch did you do, mine is still 2% as it was the default setting, my g-tech pro reads about 240rwhp, only pulls about .5g's max. Seems a little low. :O(

quench= gasket thickness compressed - piston to deck measurement

in my case it is
.054 - .007 = .047
