Redomy98z28

I am Looking to replace my stock 98 Z28 with a new LS1 and possibly modify it with heads and a cam(LS6). I was interested in putting in the LS2 but their seems to be much conflicting information about the application(ECM, drive by wire and other wireharness problems) I have ordered the application guide from GM and from my current reasearch the swap should be strraight foward for the LS1, the LS2 on the other hand, I will waite for the Guide.

I also have not been recieved well by shops for this work. I have been told several times that they are not interested.

I Live near DC in northern VA.

Any help or information will be appreciated.

well, you could pick up some hp with stock ls6 heads, but you should also consider some of the sponsors head/cam packages. Their options may give you even higher gains.
