Default AFR dual springs only good to .600 lift??

going with some box stock AFR 205's.
the dual springs they use have a recommended max lift of .600.
does that seem kind of low for dual springs?

i want to go with the G5x2 but not sure if these springs will accomodate the
lift of the cam 232/240 595/608?

any ideas or suggestions?
thanks.

You should be fine... They're actually a bit better than what's listed...

The CYA is in effect!

I just added .060" shimming to my springs on my AFR 205's. The stock heads come with .060" shims under the intake spring, and .045" under the exhaust. With those shims installed I measured 1.790" installed height. So, given a published 1.080" coil bind + .060" bind clearance I get .650" max height, well within your cams lift requirements. It's possible the .600" advertised maximum lift on the website is for an old spring they were using on the protoypes. It certainly doesn't reflect the measurements I made.
