Default Coolant leaking from Head Bolt

I have a small amount of coolant leaking from the last bottom rear M11 head bolt. ie the coolant is apparantly coming up from the bolt hole and leaking out between the bolt head and the head. Does this indicate a cracked block?
Thanks

More like a blown gasket. How's the torque on that bolt?

I rechecked all the torques (115 ft pounds on the big bolts). Some had to be tightened(including the one that was leaking). I haven't been able to recheck it yet as my starter crapped out. I will recheck this weekend. Just thinking the worst and see if anyone else had experienced something similar.
Thanks for the response.

I highly doubt it's a crack. My bet is it's either a blown head gasket or you just didn't have enough torque on the bolt.
