how good are they. what are the specs and #'s

For Sure. They do the CNC work for Chevrolet. If you buy CNC heads from GM, they were machined at Lingenfelter. They helped in the development of the LS heads. They are on top of the game. Good Stuff.

There are also the new Edelbrock 203's which I believe were designed by Ligenfelter. I don't think they're as good as AFRs, but yet its another player in the field that should help lower prices.
