Default Crane Rocker Arm Stud Removal

The instructions for the Crane rocker arms requires the use of locktite on the studs that are screwed into the head. Has anyone ever removed them? I am concerned as I see some who have broken off their rocker arm bolts in the head and I don't want to run into that situation with something that has loctite on it in the future.

I have removed several sets of studs while testing different setups. Once heads were removed, to include springs, valves and seals, I just heated up the stud boss with a propane torch. Once the boss was sufficiently heated (about 300*), I double nut 3/8x24 hardened nuts onto stud, tighten against each other, then back off with wrench. All you need to do is get enough heat to break bond on the 271.

Probably, if you are careful with the heat. You wont be able to remove valves with heads on, concentrate heat at stud boss, away from valve spring. IMO, the hardest part of heating with head still in place would be the limited work space for removal.
