best roller rockers out there? Jesel.....
best roller rockers w/ min. noise? noise is really more of a lash/preload thing.....
best priced? well cheapest would be Crane Golds (adjustable)/Harland Sharp (non-adjustable).......(I think) the best rockers/$ are T&D(shaft mount adjustable), Comp ProMag(stud mount adjustable), yella tera(non adjustable)
which is best, adjustable or not? depends on what you need/want....

I personally have the Comp (made by T&D for Comp) 1.7s because I needed an adjustable shaft mount (solid roller) and felt that I didn't get anything out of paying for the Jesels........

Non Adjustable I would get HS Modified Stock Rockers from Nasty Nate. You dont NEED adj. with that cam, and all too often ppl buy YT's or something and hate them cuz they dont gain **** over a stock rocker...
FWIW, my valvetrain may be noisy but with the same cam you have I have been using stock rockers and getting the job done w/o issues!

When I do a cam swap along with spring etc. is there a HP advantage to be gained? I know this is a dumb question, but can I gain more HP with new rockers. Thanks and sorry.

Mine are Terra Yellow - non-adjustible. I did not buy them with the idea of gaining any HP. They are stronger than the factory crap and don;t spit roller bearings in your engine....
