5.3 heads On a stock LS1 what will a set of 5.3 do for me? I apologize but i know nothing about heads...In the process of learing cams right now... Thx

this is better asked in the internals forum - 5.3 heads will raise your compression but i wouldn't do heads without all the boltons and cam first - and you will lose flow with stock 5.3's over stock 5.7 heads so if you get 5.3's, go aftermarket - a lot of companies are putting out good flow numbers at good prices with 5.3's
