Default 64cc heads AFR, Z06

If Z06 heads are 64cc's then can I assume if I milled my AFR's down to 64cc's, I will have no clearance issues? Does that mean they will have the same clearance?
Also, how much thinner is the 040 gasket from the gm stock one?

I don't think that is true. You may not have a clearance issue, but the chambers are a different shape and I'm not sure if the valve height is different on AFR's over Z06 heads. I think I remember Tony saying that the AFR's gave ~.015" more p/v than stock. The Z06 uses an MLS gasket that is .060" compressed. The duration, LSA, lift, and installed ICL are all factors that affect p/v clearance. Textbook is .080" intake and .100" exhaust. You may be able to run closer than that and some have gone a lot closer. Some have gotten away with it. The only sure way to know would be to measure your clearance and flycut if necessary.
