Default good head and cam setup!!

hey guys, i was wondering what do you think is a good head and cam setup for a daily driver street. im planning for a future setup. i also forgot to mention that this would be on an auto. i would atleast like to make 415rhwp atleast. my route is this:

futrals f10 228/576/ either 112or 114
longtubes w/ory
hooker catback
lid
pulley, tb, ls6 intake
vig. 3200 with 3.73

also 100shot nx..in the future..

im leaning more towards afr 205 over mti heads. also, how is the cam choice. i just wanted something a tad bigger than 224 cam. i need lots of input. thanks alot.

My heads from MTI are a great set of heads. If you have the money AFR's are probly the way to go for the extra power. For the price it's hard to beat mti's heads, IMO. Customer service was outstanding aswell.

i called up mti and they said to run their stage 2e heads and their g1 cam which specs out like 228/232. im wondering if this setup will put me well over 400+ rwhp. mti says their 2e heads put out 35hp over stock.

With all the supporting boltons that H/C will put you over the 400wrhp mark.

thanks conan for the reply. i know you shouldnt really go by dynos for an auto. but my goals is a 415-420rwhp A4 daily driver for the street to play around. but i wonder if i should go afr heads or mti. i think mti heads are like 1600 bucks.

Default Heads

When getting a set of heads its about
assembly parts,springs ,retainers ,locks
Flow 320 and up at .600
velocity 215- 265 intake port volume
price (With everybody else)

I would look at ET PERFORMANCE's new heads 11 degree
intake port volume's 215- 265
