I deffitinly needed a tune. The car would stall, surge, buck, drive like a typical big cam car untuned. Once tuned, car drives very close to stock. I love this cam. I am very glad I went with this one. I have no track times but very impressing dyno numbers.

The bigger the cam, the more likely things are gonna blow. I did bounce off the redline(6800) a couple of times. I also drove the car for about a month untuned, whcih I am sure didn't help either.
Most people will tell you, either go big the first time, or not at all. Most people that go with a smaller cam at first, usually end up going bigger sooner or later. Save yourself the time, money, and hassle of having to do 2 cam swaps.
edit: notice you alread have a LG cam in your car. Guess I was right

Not really hijacking but...how is the driveability for this cam as a real daily driver? Do many people DD it? Once tuned would my mileage be blown to hell or should I maintain a decent number aka around 16 or 17 city?

I don't know if this helps, but I have the F13 114LSA +4 and the car drives absolutely fine. Even before I've got it tuned it was good. With the tune it's smooth and the power below 2500rpm isn't bad at all. This cam has a range of 2500-6800rpm and it pulls like a ****. Granted I have the TEA 5.3/1.5 heads, qtp headers, qtp catted Y and gmmg.
Either F13 or F14 -- excellent cams.
