Yes you can use the heads...you will have to change your pushrods (7.35) is what I used(Comp 7950-16).No you dont have to change your pistons or Rods unless you are going over a 150 shot. To be safe try a 125 first, just a suggestion.

good lord, what dont you understand.

yes, you can use the PP heads on the 6.0 block. no, you dont need new rods and pistons for a 150 shot.

is that clear enough.

he wont need new pushrods for the head swap, the head deck is still the same as stock. he may have to due to the base circle of a new cam if he is installing one though.

Yeah, that's true, I stand corrected!! Mine were milled by Lingenfelter before I bought them.

You might as well go with forged parts then!! Start checking the sponser's for deals on this stuff and tell them what you want to do with the motor. They will be able to get you the correct parts.Just make sure you have them installed by a compitent mechanic that has checked your block thouroughly so that you wont have any suprise failure's down the road. Good luck to you!

then why didnt you state that in the first place

if money allows i'd step up to a 408 rotating assembly; 4" stroke, 4.030 pistons, 6.125 rods, bearings, rings, block machining and your good to go.
