Default best compression for pump gas

I'm going to purchase patriot heads either 59cc,11-1 or 64cc 10.5-1, but can't decide on compression I would like 11-1 but concerned with detonation. should i go w/10.5-1? plans are head/cam swap, 231/237 .598/595 lift, m6. what are you guys comp at? what cam are u all running w/ that high comp? any help would be appreciated.

thanks

11.0:1 on 91 Octane or better is no problem at all.
It is all in the tune.
One area that might help is going with 64cc and a thinner Cometic gasket (.040>.045)to improve quench (squish) which in its turn reduces detonation probability due to better combustion and flame travel.
