Default what gains going with stock 243's?

on my LS1, i plan on replacing the heads and found a set of 243's. how much should i expect to gain from the swap if anything?? just curious...

to make it simple so no one gets confused
stock ls1 heads coming off, stock ls6 heads going on. Im a full bolt on and will be putting my cam back in with the install. (FM10 114)

That's not bad for a stock cam.

a .5 compression bump will give 2%, make it a full point and you get 4%
so 300rwhp x 4% = 12 rwhp + 10rwhp for extra flow, 22 rwhp should be obtained with thin Cometics.

If you are swapping on unmilled heads you'll be .006 shorter, nothing to worry about unless your cam has very small centerline.
