Help hissing noise in throttle body
My 1999 ram air is making a hissing noise started making it after a vacum line that leads to the right side of the throttle body(passenger side) i replaced it but i still hear a hissing coming from the inside of the throttle body i took the air lid off and look down the throttle body.
cant figure it out
my car barley idles cuz of my cam but now it will not even stay running unless i keep the throttle up.
any help

The hissing noise is probably the IAC opening all the way to try to let more air in. As suggested, drill out the hole - and I can't stress this enough - ONE BIT SIZE BIGGER AT A TIME and drive it for a day or two after each size increase.
Once you go too big it's difficult to make it smaller again.
This will keep the IAC from having to open so far, will help the hissing noise and will also help the drivability of the car a lot.
You will know you drilled it too big if you have a high idle, start setting P0121/TPS codes and have 'cruise control' coming to a stop.
