So I was thinking about future plans for the vette, and unlike my camaro I want to keep it 100% California smog legal. To that I'd probably be stuck with JBA 1 3/4 shorties and a supercharger, with the AFR 205s that I already have. So I was toying around in my head about cams that would make power, and since you have to push the boost out and the headers suck you would need a cam that could push that exhaust out.... What do you guys think about a grind along the lines of the LS7 cam? 211/230 could push volume out, run a 580-590 lift and what is the LS7 lobe sep, 117ish? Whatever it is, you know it has to pass smog...

Think that would work? Granted this is a long time in the future (next summer at least), but no harm in hypothesizing...

you might as well get the cheaTR cam on a 117. i know the lift on one side is like 61x or so, but it may work...
