Default TR227 + Tea 5.3 stage 1.5?

Would this be a good combo? What compression should I go with? What numbers should I expect with full bolts on?

thanks

I know many people recommend reverse split cams for the 1.5's, but I've also seen great results with traditional split. Expect about 415-425rwhp on an M6, full traditional bolt-ons (i.e. ls6 intake, regular LT's, etc.)....

With tr224 and TSP/PRC 5.3 heads I put down about 436hp and 414tq, usual supporting mods. (404hp and 385tq on a mustang dyno using an 8% conversion.)

Don't know. My old TEA 1.5 setup, with a 231/237 split is cranking out 480rwhp now (425rwhp with traditional bolt-ons). I figure with the stock sized exhaust valve, you want a larger exhaust duration. Seemed to work.
