Default Head bolts for LQ9

GM block 12577184

Will stock LS1 head bolts work for this block??
I remember reading something about GM getting rid of the longer bolts, or something along those lines in more recent years.

But the price is what is keeping me from them. I don't plan an having the heads off again anytime soon.
Just looking for the bolts. Are the shorter ones that fit the later model blocks the same ones as the shorter ones in the LS1 kit?? If so, I will just take them to a dealership Monday as ask them to order me a set.

Come on....I know someone here has needed to use the shorter bolts!!!

Are they the same short ones that are in the older LS1 bolt sets?? They appear to work fine, but I would really like to make sure.

I'm just throwing this out here, but have you thought about just cutting the bolt to make it fit? Or is the threading not long enough....just a thought.
