Compression lost- how much HP does it cost?

Compression lost- how much HP does it cost? Cylinders 2 & 4 Are reading at about 175 lbs vs 190-195lbs for the other cylindersThis engine has all the bolt ons, heads and a trex cam. HP is down about 40 from where it should be. Could these low cylinders be contributing to the problem?
