Do I Need Lunati Pushrods?
I will be purchasing the 55004LUN Lunati Hydraulic Roller 221/221 .558 .558 @ 114. Lunati has matching pushrods/springs for this cam, but will Comp Cams pushrods/springs work?

I would replace the OEM pushrods with aftermarket (preferrably Comp Hi-Tech chromemoly) no matter what I did, besides bolt-ons,cto the engine. But that's just me. I've seen too many pictures of bent/broken OEM pushrods, some of them looking like boomerangs, to take any chances. Again, this is just my opinion, and not pushrod gospel.

You need to find out whether or not the cam circle radius is the same as or smaller than stock. Thunder Racing cams use a smaller radius and thus need longer pushrods, which are supplied in their cam kits. Either way, you should upgrade the rods for strenth, just make sure you get the right length.
