Default Cam change, take out motor?

I have a book that says you can do a cam change in a 2002 trans am with motor in. Is there enough room to take it out with the rad and condensor there?

yep...there is enough room. After I took out the radiator and moved the condenser down outta the way, theres enough room. What helped me was to have a couple of pieces of wood under the car for the condenser to sit on so the lines don't have any stress on them.

i'm going to hijack a little bit, i'm thinking about doing the cam swap myself, but i've never done anything like this before

will i be okay by myself? I'd hate to be calling my buddy over all the time for questions. I read the link over on how to do it, seems simple enough...??
