Guy said its surges some at low rpms, this is from it just having a mail order tune correct? Would a rea ldyno tune fix the surging?

A street tune would fix it. Find a good tuner and take it to him. He will dial it in on the dyno and then take it out on the street to fine tune the idling and surging issues that may come up. That combo should make right at 400rwhp and probably 375-380rwtq.

Just don't beat on it to much just beacuse you don't want to buy new tires every two months but other than that sounds safe to me.

So for weak points (if I don't add any more power mods) the 10 bolt, clutch and tires (lol)? So the engine/tranny are fine holding 400rwhp?
