GMPP LS-6 heads and a LPE GT2-3 cam
I just purchased GMPP LS-6 heads and a LPE GT2-3 cam. I am planning the install over the winter and wanted to know if I should deck the heads to reduce the 65 CC chambers down to 62 or 63 CC or leave them alone. 93 octane is readily available in CT. Other mods include QTP headers, high flow cats, Z06 lid, and Ti cat back

if it was me,i would leave the heads alone and use thinner cometic gaskets.this will raise the compression a little and give you a better quench, which will help to reduce detonation.even with 93 octane that cam doesn't have a lot of overlap to help bleed off cylinder pressure a lower rpms.just my .02

I have the LPE LS6 heads 59cc chambers with the GT1-1 cam on/in my LPE 383 stroker. I have 11.2-1 compression can run 93 octane and still make 500HP @ the wheels(New numbers). I'm not sure what your asking from us but I hope this helps answer your question.
