valve-train power gains? I'm wondering, on ls1/lt1 engines, what are you guys gaining HP/TQ wise, with just valve train. Including lifters, springs, rockers, rods, valves.

Not sure if anyone dynoed, changed valvetrain only, then dynoed again. I doubt people upgrade the valvetrain for HP/TQ, just for piece of mind/need to when modding.
