Default Need help picking cams

I have a pretty much stock Ls1
I have long tube headers and cat back.
I would like to have a good sounding idle.
What would be a good upgrade for it?

Thanks for the help.

What kind of performance are you wanting from the cam? Good low end, decent midrange, or ***** to the wall top end?
Do you want it to be a relatively healthy sounding idle, or something that sounds like the engine's gotta take a breath each time before it'll turn over?

From what i've read.

Thunder Racing's TR 224/224 with either 114LSA Almost stock idle, or a 112 LSA with a mildly noticable lope is an awesome cam.

Oh boy. Read the sticky at the top of the thread first. After that come back and I'm sure this board can be a lot more help then. You really need to decide what direction you want to go in as stated previously.
