Default Crower rod bolts?

I had my engine built by a local shop, and on my invoice he didn't include anything about the rod bolts. He said that since he used Crower rods, they come with Crower bolts. What do you guys think of Crower rod bolts?
thanks
Jimmy

I don't know what they use for bolts, but I'd guess they are probably just using basic ARP bolts with these rods. Not many companies make their own bolts.

They use ARP rod bolts. They are very similiar to the pro-series IIRC. I know i had a set of ARP bolts, but when we compared the strength of the crower's to the ARP's i had bought, it wasn't worth the $$$ to put the ones i bought in there. I loved my Crower rods/rod bolts.
