Default Which springs with Crane 1.8 rocker kit?

I picked up a used Crane 1.8 rocker kit from a local guy, and have the instructions printed out. Hoping the shop that does the install follows them precisely... Every shop I've talked to says they are a pain to install.

Anyway, which springs should I go with? Car is a 2004 GTO 6 speed with stock cam and heads. No plans to upgrade cam. Just going with some longtube headers...

I drive about 25,000 miles per year, and would like the springs to last... Is there any reason not to go with these from one of the sponsors, or is there a better spring "suited" to these rockers?

Personally, I would go with the Cranes as they were designed by the same folks as the rockers, but the Patriots are also excellent springs.

Thanks! So no worries that any certain spring is "overkill" for something like this then?

for the stock cam, in the wife's car, i used the vinci/crane springs dual springs at the same time i had the rockers installed. been in since april 2004. when last checked about one month ago, they were still within specs.

i think xtrooper had comp springs with the vinci/crane 1.8 rockers. had some valve float issues. switched to the vinci/crane springs and the valve float went away.
