Default cam and spring question

I ust bought an 2000 ls1 it has a comp. .580 292 cam but the previous owner did not put in the valve springs. How hard is it to install them ive only done old school 350s is it the same? Also is this to big of a cam it has stock 2000 heads and an ls6 intake and headers/ exhaust not sure on anything else. And if any one hasa setup simular how much power am i looking at?

If it has been ran with the stock springs you have a big problem. Springs are not all that hard to change.

im sure that they are not the stock springs. they wont take near that much lift without coil bind and wont run long at all if it will even run....
