Default German Castrol marked M052xxxx.......

Does anyone know if this stuff is as good to use as the Green Formula?? I went to 3 more Autozones today and only found 3 bottles markes M04xxxx and 2 bottles marked M051xxxx but one Autozone had about 12 bottles of the M052xxxx. Should i go back and snag these up???

Only some of the MO51's are green. All of the MO52's are gold. The MO4's are all green. No need to snag the 502's.

wELL, Patman said that even though they havent been tested yet, the Gold should be just as good. That is why i asked if i should just snag em anyways.

Yeah, from the early UOA's, it appears so. Many of us are awaiting further UOA's to be sure. Reason I said no need to snag 'em is 'cuz there are & will continue to be plenty to buy for those who choose to do so.

All indications are that the gold is a great oil too, but I obviously want to see results in my own vehicles before I give it my 100% seal of approval. So at this point, if you can find green formula still, then definitely go for that one, but if not, then do not fear the gold formula, as there are no evidence so far that suggest that there is anything wrong with it.

Is the 0-30 what everyone is using. I heard that the german castrol is very good oil. I put the 0-30 in my car, I got all green at autozone.
