Default Stock head gaskets ok?
I am getting AFR 205's put on Should I use the stock gaskets or not?

YES,

I dont hear about guys blowing the MLS gm gaskets, but I do hear them blowing the .040 cosmtic.

lose a little compression and save the labor

I used stock MLS's when I put on my 205s, haven't had an issue with them.
