ok, I have a 99 formula bla bla bla and I basically wanna keep my ac and my car a daily driver. I want to be able to get in my car and drive a couple hours on the hgihway and not be spinning 15,000 rpm @ 60mphand be able if I want to drivem y car daily. I was advised that I should go with a 230/236 cam. Is this right. If not, what should I go with? Input please. =)

Also, I have a good wide power range that I would prefer to keep. I reached max hp by about 3000 rpms and keep it through til about 6000 rpms.
