Default rotating assembly deals (strokers)

Q:
Ok guys, these LSX engines have been around quite awhile now.I hope by now an assembly would be inline price wise with the old SBC.Well they are not.Anyone know the best prices for a balanced stroker kit?Or would it be cheaper for me to piece one together and I take it locally for balance. If someone wants to share with me a secret source please feel free to email me.I am thinking 402 in iron. Also for budget sakes does anyone make hyperutectic pistons for this application? I wont be spraying or spinning past 6K

One more thing. I hate to buy something and a week later the market drops out and now they are the ol SBC prices,Or a vender comes out with a budget kit dirt cheap.Kind of like what dart will be doing to the market.

LSX motors are internally balanced. So a trip to the shop to balance it once it is all together is necessary.

AMS racing in Shreveport has the best prices I could find. They'll even balance it for you.

texas-speed has good prices on rotating assemblies, as do many other Sponsors.
