It's not nearly as bad N/A as people think (I was suprised). Especially in a lower weight car. Going from a roll out of the bottom of second kinda sucks but that's why I have two stages of nitrous at my finger tips.

It is a 3,500 2.5str and a 225 shot. Just for ***** and giggles, I'm going to run 9s with the 2.73s next year.

I run some home made 2.5" duals, they are choking the car bad. I think the quickest the car has run with them is 10.4 at about 130-132, that's at street night though so my 60's usually arn't the best. Going with a 3" h-pipe set up this spring.

for a DD go for the F14, and least an LS6 intake. Forget the mail order tune- go for the dyno tune to maximize your investment

Gm Muscle Good Luck with the 9's. Your almost there you should have no problem breaking into them.
Pasbonsimon what is your opinion on the F14 that you say would make it good for daily driver? And noticed you have 4.33s how does your car run with them, is the acceleration just out of this world?

If you get a mail order from futral it will run pretty damn good. Know that from experience Friends f14 car went 11.6 @ 117 w/ ls1 intake, stock pulley, slp headers, 12 bolt, 1.7 60' at 3500lbs. Incredible drivability, once upon a time we made a video of it not surging until like 1200 rpm.

Peace,
Josh

the seat of the pants feeling is great with 4.33s, As long as you don't mind rowing the gears. I regret not installing a larger cam such as the F13 or F14

The driveability with a medium sized cam such as F13, F14 is all in the tune. IMO the best tuner for these cams is the man that designed them himself.

I don't mind running the gears to much i mean that what made me want to get an M6. I know the gears will seem much shorter with the 4.30's but i know the acceleration will make it worth it.

cool thanks for all your answers man. how does your car drive around town with stock gears, i thought of going back to my stock 3.23's. i feel no difference really from the 3.73's.

With Jason's mailorder tune the car drives stock other than the lope. There is no bucking, no surging, no stalling, I love it.

exactly, just send in your pcm and right down everything that you have done to your car. i typed a list everything from the intake you run to the exhaust. then he has tunes saved the he loads on your pcm then he tweaks on them from there. on my buddys car with the ms3 m6 drove like stock with jason's tune. i had to send mine back once because i kept getting to codes but fixed it and sent it right back. great guy!!!!

also you have unlimited tunes for a year from there. you pay for the tune once then all you have to pay is shipping when ever you add or take off a part!!!

Sounds pretty awesome to me. So unlimited tunes for a year no matter what things you decide to change on your car?
