Default my cam is stuck in my motor

I was street racing one day and I blew my motor and
now i'm jus trying to get the cam out and it seems to be stuck. I pulled the heads and lifters off and all but one lifter came out and that lifter seems to be jammed in there.what else would block this cam from coming out?

Cam bearing? I doubt the lifter would hang the cam up. That could only happen if you moved the cam and the lifter dropped down and was blocking the path of the cam.

I would agree.... Although I had a cam that broke into several pieces before when a mill grenaded and was likewise stuck.

To hell with getting it out. The damn thing's grenaded. Throw it in your neighbor's yard and go hunting for a new engine.

I might as well do that cause there is a huge hole in the cylinder wall lol.
but I wanted to see if the cam could still be used.

I'm buying a 402 in jan so if the cam was still good i'd sell it.

so far about 2 inches of the cam has came out after that it wont budge

Try pushing it back in a little, then see if the other lifter will come out. If it does, that's what was holding the cam back.
