Question tr224

I'm in the market for a cam. Seems like the TR224/224 114 is the best bang for the buck and will pass the sniffer in CA. What else do I need besides the cam...valve springs, etc in order to complete the install??... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if you guys know of any good shops in southern CA...please do let me know

Also, would it be reasonable to get 30-40 rwhp from the cam installed and untuned in a 2001 ss m6 car?

thx guys
